DISSOLUTION AND UNITY

2017

Dissolution and Unity reimagines the end of Mantiq-ut-Tayr or The Conference of the Birds, the twelfth century Persian mystical poem by Farid ud-Din Attar.

The project is an installation of seven embroidered scenes and a single embroidered sentence, telling the story of loss, encounter, friendship, hardship, quest and existence in pursuit of Undivided Happiness.

Dissolution and Unity was exhibited during SIKKA Art Fair 2018.
